The roots look developed enough. I just topped her. Let me know when you think I should repot her into a 3 liter and drop the lights to 12/12
If your planning to flip already you might not. You need a light proof container tho. If light is hitting your root zone thats not good. I'd step up to a 1 gallon solid black and veg 2-4 more weeks depending on your lighting then flip.
If u've topped her Today I'd wait a few days before you transplant . Then once you repot it give it at least a week or 2 to root the pot out for best results
