Take a listen to the first song listed (Good song to get baked too if your already not hahaha), keep listening if you like & let me know what you others think, they are very different. These are the first psychedelic rap artists & btw I am not affiliated with these guys because my username I'm just a huge fan. Flatbush zombies. Palm trees is the first one, next is MRAZ, AmeriKKKan way I think, and bath salt for the last one. That's just what I know from thumbnails haha. They're great, palm trees is one of my favs Sent from my SM-G900P using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Got into Flatbush zombies and the underachievers recently, if you like Flatbush zombies you'll prob like the underachievers they rap about similar stuff but UA is more about peace and love, they're both part of beast coast with pro era too. Pretty good but how are these the first psychadelic rappers? Have you not heard eminem's old stuff? What about jedi mind tricks they pretty much mastered the art since way back when: https://youtube.com/watch?v=JtaRC9vHSgY Also if you like your trippy stuff and dont mind english accents check out jehst, chester p, jam baxter & ed scissortongue
nowhere near the first artists.....IDE has been doing it for years https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v3_dAZ-Zwtg
Already listen to UA bro. Both UA and the Zombies are from Flatbush, listen to Clock Work Indigo its a combo of UA & FBZ
Some of the first to rap about it as a base, Method Man was a trippy cat too, but thats not what he was all about ya know. But yea like Lil Whyte has "I'm on acid" and shit like that but I mean these guys have a movement, like alot of psychedelics floating around the FBZ shows like the Grateful Dead. Most of all rap music these days are trippy AF! Trippy dudes mostly make the beats. All I have to say is BEAST COAST and enjoy! FBZ just released a song called "Redeye to Paris" not to long ago and its pretty fire!
