Light Question?

         I got a quick question for everyone all the input the more the knowledge.
    can you put a 400w hps bulb into a 600w dimmed down to 400w?

    You're welcome. I sometimes use a 250w MH in my 600w ballast dimmed to 250w

    cool ya b/c i have a extra bulb 400w my buddy gave me so just wanted to make sure the bulb dident explode on me sweet now i can get my other 600w running with a 400w bulb intell i get my 2 1000w digy ballest up and running
