Meeting Mr. MAYHEM 2nd plant Ice River Genetics Grapefruit BadAss! Indica Pheno ✂✂✂✂✂✂✂🌳🌲🌳🌲✂✂✂ I just finished trimming both GFBA ladies. I chopped both clones down as well because they both have EXTREME NANNERS! Covered over 50% of both phenos flowers. I run a perpetual garden and I can't have these ladies pollinating everything else I have Flowering! This Indica pheno is going to be decent smoke, but the Cherry Pheno is the Winner HANDS DOWN! She yielded monstrous, an smells EXACTLY like the Artificial Cherry Scent my dad used to spray on the floor mats an floor boards of his different muscle cars at the car wash. It's so strong it almost burns the Nostrils! So this pheno reminds me of being a kid, and riding with my old man in chargers, challengers, Road Runners, Cuda's, barracuda's, RamChargers, he even had a little red Express with the chrome stacks... My dad loved his Mopars as much as I love cannabis.
So, gonna jump in here, got a couple gfba (the larger 2) and a gdp here.. Hope i get less nanners and more pleasure out of one of these babies.. Obviously undetermined sex as of this point.. One has slightly fatter and shorter blades, less aggressive serrated edges.. Not sure if that shows in the pic... Only had 2 of 4 rise, so hopefully I find a keeper in the 2....
Hey brotha!! Those look real good dude! Real happy and healthy! If you can find ANY pheno with less/No nanners, then I'd say that's a keeper. I have 6 more beans or so of GFBA, but I DON'T plan on popping them ANY time in the near OR distant future. I mean out of 5 females 3 had Male flowers and female, an the 2 phenos I had left had EXTREME NANNERS SO BEWARE! Dude, mine were so bad from week 6 or so until week 10 when they got the ax. I must of picked off a 1000 of those suckers, an trimmed off another 1000. I almost chopped them down an fed em to the critters in the woods. That bad dude! So good luck with NANNER FREE!!!
Man I'm sure I will enjoy the flowers from these 2 plants, very much! But as a Grower point of view, it's not worth it again to grow GFBA. So good luck dude, an keep your head up! Don't let my results get you down, just heed warning! It is what it is dude, but its all part of growing! It's not going to get me down! BRING ON THE NEXT STRAIN!!
Ya, I've had my collection of nanner queens, but not to that degree... I ran a SD that was a bitch, but she never dropped the nut.. I give everything I run a chance, as long as they meet my standards, lol... Hope they look as pretty as yours . should be winter weather flowering, so I look forward to some colors.. What is your next strain?
Yeah man The nanner issue is what it is, I've NEVER had a strain throw em this bad! But I'll stay tuned man, I want to see what yours do!! Keep me posted!!
