Texas Senator makes legalization bill

    As of yesterday, senator David Simpson proposed a bill that would completely legalize cannabis in Texas beginning September 1st.

    Unfortunately, he took it a bit too far too soon when he said that cannabis should be on the same level as vegetables. It has to happen in baby steps, and he took a giant leap. On the bright side, Texas is finally getting some headway made on the cannabis issue, and hopefully this bill will at least show other government officials that this is an issue Texans are interested in!
