I bought a G Pro Herbal Vaporizer last week and it was working great til yesterday. When I try to turn it on the light goes right to green, instead of red to warn up then turning to green when ready for use. It's also not heating up, I guess cause it thinks it's ready for use?. I cleaned it really good, tried letting the battery drain which didn't happen cause ita not really using power cause it's not heating up. I also charged it again and nothing. I called the place I bought it from and they never heard of that issue and told me to call company, so I did but I couldn't get ahold of them. I left voicemail and wrote them an email. If anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
yeah probably needs to be charged all the way. When its warming up its supposed to start off red the when its ready its supposed to turn green
Don't take this the wrong way but the best way to help yourself is to throw that piece of junk away. A decent vape can be had for 50ish (vapor genie) which is less then you payed for that piece of junk.correct me if I'm wrong but I'm positive the g Penn is close to a hundred or over Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Charged it again and nothing. Lol its funny cause if the Gpen had any customer service I bet it would be something like this xD
