Are you tapping the box and shaking between each draw? You need to do this to stop uneven vaping. You may find that if your weed is not completely dry that it will clump and stick together. I use the brush to just loosen it a bit then give it a good shake. You should only have to do this a couple of times at most before a normal tap and shake will work much better.
You need to grind your herb really finely, if you get the MFLB finishing grinder it does a great job, or do as I do and either crush it up in some paper after you take a couple hits or just not bother and have unevenly vaped material cause it still works.

Assuming you have fine ground herb its all about the turn tumble and tap. The PA helps too, Dont ask how because I really couldnt tell you. I definitely notice a more uniform color when using the power adapter.
After a couple draws it gets drier and then I usually crumble the bud some more with my fingers to make it almost like powder, and then itll vape perfectly
Yup. Ya gotta leave enough room for the bud to move around when you shake it. I find if I fill the trench without overflowing it, it works perfectly, especially from a grind from their finishing grinder.
