Outdoor growing minimum hours of light

  1. Do you think it's OK to plant with 13 hours of continuous daylight in mind for full vegetative growth?

Or should I wait until 14?

I need help because different sources say different things.  It's very important because I spent a lot of money on everything necessary to do this and if my girls flower early it's game over.

Not to mention I'm growing medicine for my uncle's Parkinson's (CBD Crew Mango Haze).  It's the perfect medicine because it works on the symptoms and delays progression of the disease while also sedating him with THC.  I'm hoping he can get more continuous sleep with it.

Ideally I would be growing Med Gom 1.0 or whatever it's called with the 10% THC and 15% CBD but it yields too little (low yielding autoflower) for the cost.  It was all I could do to afford the Mango Haze along with a pure THC strain (Pure Kush).

I will be in the market for a digital camera at some point in the next few months and will have one in time for these plants I think.

  2. I think 14 hours may be the minimum light hours to start your crop. You would have more control inside.
    Good luck with the medicine.

Thanks man that's what I was thinking too.  I'm aiming for within a week of the beginning of 14 hour days for planting the main crop.

I got free seeds and so I'm testing 12+ hours, 13 hours and assuming 14 hours for the real crop.

    Pure Kush and Mango Haze.

Thanks for wishing me luck with the medicine.  It will at least give him hope.
