Please help me Any particular instructions/tips on starting seeds at 12/12?

    So to save time and money and electricity, I just switched to flower 5 days ago and also started my new seeds, roughly I have about 8 weeks left of flower and wanted to start my seeds. Any instructions on what I do?
    I don't have any other particular grow room, I've discussed this before with people but want I want to know is what sort of routing do I do?
    I have 5 seeds germinated and 1 clone and 30w CFL that I'm using for cloning and  400w HPS, I do 6 hours of 30w for the clones then I take them out and put them with the 400w for 12 hours.
    I'm wondering what do I do with the seeds? I'm planing them in few days. I understand plants need to reach sexual maturity before being able to flower so starting them off 12/12 wouldn't make them flower so I'm wondering when will they reach their sexual maturity? and once they do if they're not big as I want them to be do I just same thing as I'm doing now do 6 hours of 30w CFL for 6plants and 12 hours of 400w HPS?, idc about growth stunt BTW as making this short cut isn't going to be 100% efficient but speeds up process in long run as long as they're manipulated to think there's 18 hours of light so they don't flower...

    Why is it saving you time and money? You wasted time and money by chopping at that main plant of yours so much. It will be fun to watch though. Please, continue the updates. I offer no advice, because I know first hand you won't take it. :rolleyes:

    I didn't really chop anything I just removed few leaves here and there, they were fucked up anyway regardless due to low on nuts and some of the leaves were burnt due to heat problem so the ones I removed were 20-50% damaged, I'm still going ahead with my grow to finish it off, and I will keep you updated.

    You will need some good light, fans and some odor control or else it isn't worth doing.
    Find a nice outdoor area and use the sun  :)  Window grows suck as the window will block out most of the good stuff.
     
     
    Window grows suck. You need horticultural glass not normal windows witch block out UV.

    they can start blooming as early as 4 weeks into veg cycle (5 weeks from first popping the ground)...so be careful.

    One grower here regularly does a 5 week veg period, and pulls 2-3 ounces per plant. Sometimes more.

    So should I continue doing what I'm doing 12hours of 400w and 6 hours of 30w?, it's pain in the ass though sometimes I can't see shit and I'm there moving the pots around in 100% dark so no lights get to my current flowers.

    No...once in flower, LEAVE in flower. If you've put seedlings in with the, and they get 4-5 weeks of vegging in before harvest, they'll bloom, and you're stuck with it.

    How many times do you have to be told that HPS or "cold" CFL is for veg and seedling (unless working with autoflowers, in which case it doesn't matter) but less than 10 hours of continuous light WILL trigger flower on any photoperiod, at ANY point it's reached maturity, which is between 3 and 5 weeks of veg?

    Once more, I am going to TRY to be civil here...but you have once again shown you won't listen to ANYONE, no matter how good the advice, experienced the grower, or common the knowledge. You want to do it YOUR way, and fuck "how shit actually works"...life doesn't work that way, and never will.

    You've reached the peak of my tolerance levels, here, james...I, and the others you've driven away with such bullshit, could have had you on the path to a fair first yield, and a great second one (for a newbie grower), but you WON'T FUCKING LISTEN....so good luck to you, and IF you manage to nurse a few plants through bloom, I hope you get more than a couple ratty grams of trash weed.

    Did you not read this guy's post? Pretty sure this is the answer to your question, so stop accusing everyone of not giving you an answer. You asked how long before the plant starts to flower if you have your seedlings on 12/12 with your adult plants, did you not?

    Does this answer not say "they can start blooming as early as 4 weeks into veg cycle, 5 weeks from popping". Doesn't this answer your question?

    Your threads look like troll threads with all the dumb questions. Lots of people don;t mind helping but you are either trolling or you wont read anything about growing or take good advice when its been offered.
     
    Your plants should stay in veg if you give them 18 hours of light but you probably risk making them hermie keep taking them out and swapping its lighting. Just grow them all on 12/12 and have a smaller yeild, grow autos and keep one light cycle or have a separate veg and flower area.
     
    You should go read some grow threads and journals, do at least some of the learning for yourself and not just keep making threads maybe.

    Here's an idea; every time someone gets confused by your posts, which seem to be all over the place and extremely hard to read and make sense of, maybe you should CLARIFY what you meant instead of calling everyone who tried to help a piece of shit and going off on some crazy tangent about how nobody will help you. Although I will say that the best way to get help on these forums is to call everyone names, bitches love being called names.

    James you need to look and the mirror and ask yourself "Why do I end up pissing off every grower that trys to help me"?
     
    You may, eventually come to the logical conclusion that it's You, not them.
