I bought a footlong roller for my papers but when i went to use it my footlong papers were not long enough to fit the whole length of the roller so i measured both things thinking my roller was to big cus how could both raw and elements claiming to be 12" not be but once i measured turns the papers were only 11" i dont kno if it just so happens only my packs are but i dont think so i bought them from differant sellers at differant times on amazon
