So I got this bud from a guy It looks beautiful like the best bud I've ever seen orange and light green all over lots of crystals he put the bud in a nice wood box and the bud was vaccum sealed it was a half I never seen anyone vaccum or shrink wrap the bud so this stuff looks official the smell can be smelled across the whole house just from taking .2 out the box. I notice that when I'm smoking it out of the bowl I hear this like crackle pop sound like Rice Krispies then it like sparks like a sparkler does on Fourth of July not that extreme tho just a little it's weird it gets me really high with just .1-.2 I smoke a blunt of that and I'm gone for the day and I smoke daily soI got a high tolerance. is this stuff laced or just some really good weed? Crackling usually means it wasn't cured correctly. Nutrients still in it or whatever. I hate weed like that, it even crackles when you make the oil for edibles with it

Could be spider mites on it. Get a magnifying glass an see if u see any dead spider mite parts. Not legit bugs because they usually leave when its dry but dead parts of them like legs an stuff. I lit a spliff off a sparkler one time and it was sparking for a bit, was kinda cool but felt unhealthy as fuck.
It wasn't flushed properly. Magnesium and sulfer are what are making it sparkle. This mostly occurs in hydro weed.
A second cause of "crackling" weed is spider mites. Their bodies explode with the fire hits them. (Sorry about the "yuck factor"! ) Granny
