Use Ahimsa brand neem or Karanja oil emulsified with potassium silicate instead (neemresource.com). I foliar with this mixture every Sunday up till week 3 of flower. Feeding a kelp meal/neem meal/Karanja meal/ potassium silicate tea bi-weekly will also help systemically. With these two applications going on you'll be hard pressed to find a single drop of PM anywhere. I do suggest heavily cleaning your room after harvest to get rid of any spores that might be laying around. Getting a good HEPA intake filter really helps too keep your room clean as well.
