NEED SOME ADVICE PLEASE GC! I am currently starting my second grow. Just a few pics so far. I HAVE BEEN PRACTICING/Experimenting WITH SOME SEEDS MY HOOKUP GAVE ME, Im NOT SURE HOW OLD THEY ARE! Think they are at least from 6 mths.- 18mths. Does it matter? The 3 I germinated in h2o do not want to show themselves? AND HAS BEEN 4 DAYS! Here are lights I have been using. Two. utilitech 23 watt 5000k 1600 lumens cfl Two. EcoSmart 68watt 2700 k 4200 lumens cfl One. utilitech 7 watt 6500k 330 lumens led One. Phillips 10.5 watt 2700k 800 lumens led THESE ARE ALL SAME LIGHTS USED LAST YEAR FOR VEG. TILL PUT OUTDOORS. And had a very nice first grow. Only gonna have 2 or 3 plants in box. Waiting on my 3 white widow females and 1 reg. AFGHAN. Also bought Two Sylvania 23 watt 6500k 1600 lumens, but they did not seem to be putting out as much as the 23 watt 5000k utilitechs? And a generic wal Mart brand 23 watt 5000k LED. I am about to take these back, and exchange for few more of the 23 watt utilitech 5000k. OR SHOULD I KEEP THE LED. I have been keeping 69 watts of cfl on them and switching out the 3 leds. And temp has not been over 82.

Is Styrofoam cup bad idea or? ? My soil is 90% Vigro Organic "Home Depot" and. Small amount of compost mixed in. Thanks!! Snoop
