The number of days in a week is completely arbitrary. There definitely shouldn't be five "work days" and two "weekend days" though. That's fucking ridiculous. If anything, there should be more off days than work days, but I'd settle with an even ratio. The human mind needs variety and novelty. It works better when it receives plenty of novel input.
Personally, I would prefer no days at all and time just goes on and everyone does whatever whenever, but modern civilisation would probably cease to function lol. 8 days makes more sense to me - 4 work and 4 off.
Let's say a average work week is 40 hours so that 8 hours a day Monday to Friday but depends on your profession I'd rather work 13.33 hour days Monday to Wednesday and have 4 days off Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum mobile app
