So my boyfriend of a year went on vacation with his friends to Cuba 5 days ago. I know he's there safe and all that, but only because his father told me. The boyfriend hasn't called, texted, facebooked, notta, but has contacted others... I feel irritated about that, but are my feelings justified?
based off this thread and ur other i think its time to just move on girl. he doesn't sound interested anymore and doesn't have the sack to tell you.
How did he contact others? Internet there is nearly none existent. I am not sure how well his cell phone will work.
Maybe he is having the time of his life without you? Who knows, you can drive him nuts with questions when he gets home.

swear to God... you sound like my first relationship, we dated over a year but i was bored with her by 6 months. i went to Florida for a week and she would blow up my phone and fb, and always want to talk on the phone or skype me... the only reason i ignored her is because i didnt even really like talking to her, and i was having way more fun without her.. tbh hes probably with tons of hit girls vacationing in the same spot... lol damn that sucks sorry tho

Cuba sounds like an awful place to vacation, IMO. But that is strange, especially since you've been dating for a year. Might be time to tell dude to kick rocks.
Going to need to know a couple of things first. Are you really needy? Did you instantly call/text him right after he left? If yes then it's probably because he is annoyed and just wants some time to be with his friends. If not, then it's pretty fucked up he wouldn't call to check in. You say he's contacted 'others', but you didn't really specify what you mean by that. Were you referring to family members? He's probably enjoying freedom.
a guy who sees a certain girl as a door mat will never treat her as a serious relationship. never. regardless of his "legit" excuses for not talking to the most important person in his life during his vacation......he is still not talking to who is supposed to be the most important woman in his life. see what i am saying here? it isn't the vacation that's the problem unfortunately....
