what do you weigh?

    6'2" 200lbs mostly muscle
     
  3. Down to 160.

    Can still hit 175 by my birthday, if I get back on track. Fell off the wagon.
     
  4. Around 200, got a bit of fat I need to get rid of though. I'd like to be around 200 but replace the 10-15 pounds of extra fat with muscle.

    My goal is to be around 180-185, with the same or lowered body fat percentage.

    tall viking fella, could drop 15-20 of those lbs tho
     
  16. 5'7 at 120 lb, I've been eating alot lately and doing compound lifts, I'm trying to get my weight up to around 150, if anyone has some info onto help me gain, msg me or someshit it would be greatly appreciated!!
     
  17. 5'4" and 125 pounds I hit the gym everyday🏼 even if I'm stoned
