Around 200, got a bit of fat I need to get rid of though. I'd like to be around 200 but replace the 10-15 pounds of extra fat with muscle.
170 6% percent body fat My goal is to be around 180-185, with the same or lowered body fat percentage.
5'7 at 120 lb, I've been eating alot lately and doing compound lifts, I'm trying to get my weight up to around 150, if anyone has some info onto help me gain, msg me or someshit it would be greatly appreciated!!
