It's probably Chinese glass, but even then it's not bad by any means. China glass is usually Pyrex which is a borosilicate glass. The chemistry of glass is only relevant when you're dealing with extreme heat and brittleness in my opinion. Most silicate based glasses have a low coefficient of thermal expansion, so functionality will tend to be the same. Quality control on the other hand is sketchy though, but it's hard to fuck up honeycomb percs.
