Is there anyone here that has done a DIY led panel on here?

  1. Am I the only one on here who has made their on led panel?

  2. Not likely the only one, but not many of you. What are the details? Photos?

  3. That's cool. Was it easy to put build? Did you get plans from somewhere or just put it together?

  4. Oh yeah I forgot to say each panel runs 413 true watts

  5. If you know a little about electronics you won't have a problem. As for plans, I just read and asked questions on a different forum (RIU) and I figured out how to mount the panel from building them one at a time. I have made 5 so far and gonna build 3 more. I'll post a thread on my next build.

  6. Poor picture quality, I'm not really sure what I'm looking at...

  7.
That kicks ass. Have you hung it in a grow space yet? I would like to know how it performs, as that is actually a lot of wattage. I'm curious about temps, and how it might compare to mh/hps. Will you be doing a comparison of some sort?

  8. Dude kick rocks lets see your lights it's not my fault the pics didn't transfer properly.

  9. Sorry Donald Trump! lol

  10. Looks like a nice start.

I am also interested in building a DIY LED panel. I took a hiatus from gardening up until recently and stopped reading up on DIY LED panels, so I'm back in the research phase as of last week.

Keep working at it and let us know your progress!

  13. image.jpeg I built one. It's way smaller, it uses 3 cxb3070's in 3000k run on a meanwell HLG-185H-C1050B. It's air cooled and ran low on power so I don't have heat issues. Have to sodder the potentiometer up.
