So I have this rig, and it's about ready to be cleaned up for the first time since I started using it. Now, does this work like with bongs for herb, salt and alcohol? Also, what's the deal with that tincture stuff, dab rez. How do I get it out?
Doesn't look like too much reclaim in there. Do you want to clean it for the oil or just to clean the rig? I clean mine with iso then let it sit on a plate for a few days to evaporate. Or if im out of oil and want to dab right away I'll lightly heat the rig with my torch and let it drip out on to a plate then dab
heat up some alcohol in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds and siwsh it around in there, should dissolve the claim pretty easily. You can save that maxture until you have a decent amount and then boil it off and purge the shit out of it to make capsules or edibles or something
go to 7/11, buy 70% ISO alcohol cause that's all they have there. switch it around and get all the residue off. Pour that into a glass dish and then boil some water and put the dish on top and let it float around, replace the water about 5 times and it should be ready.
I use 90% isoprobic (spelled that wrong) alcohol and some salt. Put the salt in first, a little iso and swish it around then I add warm water and rinse. When my rig gets really bad buildup I use more iso and let it soak in there for a few minutes. Youtube it, Paul token has a great video on cleaning glass.

Why tell him to go to 7/11 if all they have is 70% when there is walmart, walgreens, cvs, target etc etc that all carry 91% or better

damn dude I'm sorry, I just don't think people want to spend the money for proper method for a gram of reclaim. Am I right ? I mean they're smoking reclaim I doubt they want to, it's cause low budget. You need to chill out home boy, obviously yo shit is weak since you're gonna get booty hurt about a way that works for most people.
I can't speak for him directly but I agree with yoshits point regardless of why the op wants to smoke/clean his rig it would be better to inform him of the ACEPPTED methods of recovering his claim rather then some old back yard fail tech
what extra money? You don't neeeed a vacuum oven to purge it better than with water. U spend money on iso either way, what are all these other expenses to fully purge it?
some people do, but you would just use iso without salt if you were to keep your claim. You stated you use salt and iso so I wouldn't save that stuff (or any for that matter lol)
