Anyone do enemas?

  1. I have been battling digestive problems for a couple years now. I finally reached rock bottom and gave enemas a try, did one a hour ago and I feel slightly better, probably would have been much more beneficial if it didn't do it end of day on a full stomach. But I shit out hard shit pebbles, is that good, I've been so damn constipated lately so I think it worked a little bit, I took 2 L but could only hold it for like a couple minutes.

  2. Well it's good that you got hard stool out, but not good that it's that hard. The longer fecal matter sits in your system the drier and harder it becomes.

A good colonic is beneficial periodically but you don't want to over do it. You want to find the root of the problem.

Diet is usually the main concern. Eat more veggies, take a probiotic, eat fermented foods, and try to stay away from foods you may think you have a sensitivity to.

Exercising will also help the digestive tract. And don't forget to drink plenty of water. If you think you drink enough, I can more than likely guarantee you're not. You need to drink at least half your weight of water in ounces. If you drink coffee or anything with caffeine then you need to add 5 oz of water for each caffeinated drink.

  4. Buffalo beano hit the nail

Its all about diet and exercise. Carry a big ass jug of water around with you as much as possible and take a swig every twenty or so minutes. Also I drink a glass of water and have a green shake or fruit smoothie right after I wake up to get my digestive system back up
    Good luck!!

  5. Be careful drinking TOO MUCH water. 2 liters at a go is too much...maybe 1 liter every 4 hours or so AT MOST......I know it sounds weird, but too much water can kill you.....

Homemade bone broth is also really good for digestive problems and it's very tasty too.
