Cleaning out the system..

  1. Hey guys. First post on here and high key very stoked. I've been smoking daily for the last 4-5 months and my tolerance is so high that I can smoke up to a gram and be barely medicated. I know about cutting back, I've done it before. But I'm really interested in any spiritual, holistic or natural cleansing methods that anyone has tried that seem to work. I'm not trying to pass a drug test and I'm not trying to stop medicating, just wanna feel healthier overall. Also, any dab tips for a situation like this? Are dabs better for trying to get my body back on track? Thanks :)

    fasting can be a useful body cleanse but it can also be detrimental if you do it for too long. as in only drinking water/ not eating for a couple days

    just stick with those 3 and be serious about it... not sure what else you really need.
