Grow room design help

    Hello everyone, good news, i'm finally about to start the build of my grow room once i get the whole plan situated on how i'm going to build the room and the exact brand of equipment that i'm going to buy. The room i am working with is a decent sized room in all but part of it has a drop ceiling, so part of it is 10x11x6.5 ft and the drop ceiling section is 10x4.5x5.5. Just to make that clear the total size of the room is roughly10x15x~6ft. I'm a medical patient and i can grow 12 plants for myself so i'm thinking about doing a perpetual grow, 6 veg and 6 flower so i could be technically harvesting around every 2-2 in a half months. I'm planning on going 100% organic with building my soil, teas, possibly no-till etc. I love growing and have a few grows under my belt (2 haha) so i am by no means very skilled, just very committed to growing them right, patiently, and doing my research! But i know that it mainly takes trial and error so let the ventures begin!  
    So my main questions for all you wonderful people are:
 
Question 1:  I'm thinking making the drop ceiling section for veg since the ceiling is shorter obviously and that space is about 10x4.5x5.5, so maybe a tent around 8x4x5, what size tent would be good for veg growth for 6 plants at about 4-6 weeks veg'd?
 
Question 2:  Same thing but for flower, I have about 10x11x6.5 to work with for 6 flowering plants. I want these plants to be correctly spaced and have adequate-abundant light, so what size tent would do that job?  
 
Question 3: I'm thinking 2 600 watt HPS lights for the 6 flowering and either a lush lighting LED veg light for the 6 in the veg tent or a 600 watt HPS for the 6 in the veg tent, would you guys agree with me on the lighting issue, if not what would be ideal.
 
Question 4: Last question haha, with the given setup above ^ what would be the best way to move air in both tents and clean them. There are windows in the room and the basement is very cold so i could pull cold air from another room through an intake splitting into both tents, like a 8 or 10 inch Canfan for intake and then for exhaust maybe a 10 or 12 inch splitting into both tents with ducting attached to the hoods of the lights that suck the smell and heat out and push it through a 10 or 12 inch carbon filter. What would be best?

I don't expect everything to be exact as i know it's hard to comprehend to full extent over the internet haha just trying to get ideas better than mine or you guys tweaking my ideas.
