  1. Hello everyone. I have posted on the stickys but no answers so I want to post here and get a bigger pool to pick from. I am 6weeks into flower, I am under 1600watts HPS running a low humidity of 20% and a temp around 78-80 during the day. I have been feeding with Fox farms tiger bloom and cha ching giving a bit of mollasas every other watering. Ppm is at 1000-1500ppm. Ph is 7-8. I am using a 18 gallon tub and off of a 2 1/2 month veg. I was having early yellowing issues and purple stems so I fed her a bit of N. And Phosphorus to help then I just got these rust color areas only on the veins and working from the tip back.. anyone ever have this proublem.?

  2. See what?

    Chef.

  3. feed bloom and Cal mag.

Noob growers would feed nitrogen and make the weed taste like a bale of hay.

Feed for bloom and add cal mag. then if the leaves are yellow good, fuck those fucking leaves.
You dont need the leaves that far into flower.

  4. I am not a newbi grow and at 3-4 weeks with almost every fan leave yellowing out isn't normal. I gave a small amount of nitrogen to slow it because it was happening way to early and since then it's been 2 weeks without anything besides bloom nutrients and mollasas. I added less than a tea spoon of veg nutrients. I only use cal mag every once in a while and used it two watering ago. I just flushed the plant with 6.5 ph water and gave a dose of tiger bloom only with 600-700ppm.

CHEF, I am referring to the rust brown color veins and under better light and closer up they appear almost exactly like rust with a tint of red.

  5. It is only happening on the mid section of the plant nothing below the screen or near the buds and is only on larger fan leaves it starts from the tip and works back towards the stem. I originally thought it was boron but that will affect the new growth as well the whole leaf. It is literally coming from the tip of the leaf and working threw the veins back and looks like it is bleeding almost from the veins it doesn't even bother with anything besides the veins.

  6. I just took this one of a area that is starting to show the problem. I am and have been reading on lots of forums and threads looking for something that looks like it but I can't really find anything similar. ?

  7. 78-80 degrees with 20% humidity is not a good climate. raising the humidity and or lowering the temps will have positive results. i would shoot for 50-60% RH with those temps.

  8. Are those leaves with the browning veins brittle or can you fold without any tearing or breaking? I had something similar to this only thing I could narrow it down to was I wasn't using silica on that grow and my res temps were a little cooler than normal. Do you use a silva product and how is your pot is it fairly cool or normal

  9. What kind of medium?

Regardless of the medium your already FAR out of the proper PH range for either of the mediums you could be using... 5.6-6 ish in coco/perlite and 6.5-6.8 ish in soil. 7-8= big problems in a synthetic grow.

  10. I am in Fox farms ocean Forrest and my ph was way highand still isI think it was locking out some nutrients from the high ph. I then flushed yesterday with water 5.9 and I put over 20galon threw the 18gallon pot it's in. It is still at 8.9ph I don't know what the FYCK! To think about that. Is it just the shitty soil? It's been in the soil for over 4 months. I think I should have transplated, however as great as scrog is it has some major draw backs; moving the plants, running two different rooms, transplanting, watering is another problem for my set up. I have a temp around 78right now and 30percent humidity from the gallons of run off water on the floor. I have another issue now though after trying to change the ph I woke up to this and I'm thinking it's ph flucuations or over watering. I'm done with soil tho it's a pain to Keep at the right ph. Hydro is pretty simple just set the ph walk away this soil changes it drastically and it's dumb unless I'm just dumb who knows lol... Anyone think they will make it another 3 weeks too harvest with this issue or will it kill them off? I would love all hands on deck after this much time ans effort I'd be so sad to loose th is plant. Ever since moving into a "nicer" house I've been having massive problems. My last home was a huge 3000sf building really with only a 3rooms ans a bathroom the rest was all open ans then I had a shop where I build my race cars and it was just me my cars ans plants now it's still the same but th is house is the devil. 0212151820.jpg

  11. I don't follow you on the Silva product but no they seem to be a live still and not dead. Now with the current problem they are crispy as a plant grown in the Sarah desert. Any ideas if you think it will pull threw 3-4 more weekw? I'm leaning against it. As long as if doesn't ruin the buds it's all cool to die honestly I bet it's already got 12oz-16oz. Its a monster.

  12. I see I've never heard of that until now, I will do some more looking into that. I know my ph is the fault at this and I know I should have left them well alone I turned a small problem into a disaster. I'm still sporting a ph of 9 now. It was down and now it's back up I think I should have flushed at the switch. I hadnt been monitoring run off And as usual it bit me when I noticed the rust look then I paniced and flushed with really really low ph which still didn't even lower the ph and I'm still wondering how that happened. It only dropped from 9.2 to 8.5 now back to 9 its unbelievable. I took these this morning and it's only getting worse by the hour.

  13. I just have my fingers crossed it makes it another 2-3 weeks at least. I am highly doubting that though since the picture this morning they are nearly all dead and yellow anywhere light is reaching. Its a shame I know the yield could have been so much more. I will makes sure to keep this updated though and anyone who has ideas I'd love to hear them. I will also post harvest pictures and weight once I do harvest it. I just don't know if it will affect the buds if I keep it going and everything? I would rather harvest earlier and have a pre mature bud than await and watch the buds eat themselves and go to waste because I know already this plant has a decent quality for 7weeks. Anyone say harvest or wait?... Let me know

  14. Cal/mag is probably your problem.  Your plants don't look that bad though.  A cal/mag defficency will usually not affect the bud much.  When growing in soil forget run off.  I don't even know where people came up with this checking run off ph.  In over 10 yrs. of soil growing I have never checked run off, and never had a bad problem. Well I checked it once and it was some crazy number and everything looked good so that was when I made my final decision on checking run off.   Just make sure what's going in is the right ph.  I have found certain strains for whatever reason will have cal/mag issues towards the end of flower.  Research cal/mag def. and you should find a descent fix.  I know watering with an Epsom salt solution is the key, but I don't remember numbers off the top of my head, and am actually on vacation so just do some searching.  Cal/mag usually starts in the center of the leave and works out like that. Also I can't remember if it is lock out or def. that will start more towards the middle of the plant.  One thing though is any leaves affected will never get better.  So don't expect anything you do to make that plant pretty again.

  15.
  16. I see what your saying, I would agree to an extent of the ph topic I do however think it must have some reason tho. I always figure I've never done anything with it when I planted on the side of a mountain and I bet some areas the ph was high also idk maybe it's God saying ain't nothing better than a Sun grown bud and cursing us haha. It doesn't look badon the picture s from this morning but let me tell you now every leave by the buds are solid yellow crispy dead little straws. I actually just decided that I would cut all the affected leaves off and try and get more light to the buds them selves put some fruit in there and hopefully I can make it another few days at least. I caused 100% lock out and I think that it's a little to far gone I'm afraid If I fuck with it again it will just be worse. I'm going to sit back and weep lol.

  17. I will take some pictures right now.
