So my roommate is starting a grow up in our living room (we rent a decent size house together). He has had his papers to grow before the laws changed but I have no idea what exactly that means to me! The living room will be closed off but I will be helping him out and learning even though I'm not legally supposed to. But just by living in the same area, where does that put me on the side of the law? What kind of risks am I running by just being there?! I tried to research what would happen or what kind of requirements are needed in order to do this... Does he need to get this location approved by someone or will his pre-existing papers work fine for him?
