"For specific populations, however, marijuana use can have clear negative impacts, the Retail Marijuana Public Advisory Committee found in the review of scientific literature. The rate of motor vehicle crashes, for instance, doubled with recent use of marijuana. The committee also found that maternal use during pregnancy was associated with negative effects on exposed offspring, “including decreased academic ability, cognitive function and attention.” Some effects of the effects may not appear until adolescence."

However, if you look in to the report, you see that they referred to "literature" that was already in existence.... Not something they have actually done test on or any real research into.

"Marijuana Use During Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
The committee reviewed the literature for marijuana use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding."

From the Report. You can view the report here:

To me, the TIME magazine article made it sound like this was recently found information and this was all the result of legalization...When in fact, the report is using dinosaur information and is trying to disguise it

2. This is bullshit.

They're pretending all of this "evidence" is based on recent studies of Colorado legalization.

Obviously they realize that most of the recent data like lower traffic deaths and lower crime in Colorado could help push legalization nationwide so they're trying to confuse the public with outdated rhetoric.

3. And clearly they are doing a great job of confusing people. I dont know how true any these literatures are, and most people will just gloss over the loop-hole part. People dont realize that companies are doing the same thing they been doing to please their big shot investors, which is crap on anything within reach of you that might be good, be it with chemicals, or with printed paper.
