For those who do short bursts of movement, or are required to do any explosive movements, I am a sprinter for my track team, and would like to know if Marijuana affects your explosive movements. Does Weed make you slower, kill fast twitch muscle fibers, muscle recovery or reaction time? I vape too so lungs will not be affected.
