I always kill some cereal. So generally I keep some Kashi (honey sweet shit) to eat when I start getting hungry. Unfortunately I started "intermittent fasting" so at night I get pretty hungry and just drink water. (Mind over matter) 😠Sent from my iFresh using Grasscity Forum
