HEALTHY munchies?

  1. As MilkyLumpkinz (that name tho) stated, peanutbutter and apples are amazing. Healthy fats and sugars from both sides! I like topping off an egg/hash brown breakfast with a big bowl of some oatmeal with brownsugar haha throw in some blueberries, strawberries, and bananas for some extra flavor and fiber :D

  2. I always kill some cereal. So generally I keep some Kashi (honey sweet shit) to eat when I start getting hungry. Unfortunately I started "intermittent fasting" so at night I get pretty hungry and just drink water. (Mind over matter) 😁
