My question is :::: www.PlanetOfTheVapes.com a reliable website to buy from? I emailed Arizer and asked if they are authorized resellers of there product and they said no. But when I emailed PLanetOfTheVapes they sent me a link of a forum discussing if there legit, and everybody said they were. So what is it? Can I trust this site or not? They have a really good deal going on a Arizer Solo, and it comes with a free grinder and stuff.. Thanks

You're asking who is giving you a legitimate answer in regards to who is an authorized Arizer reseller, and you're debating if Arizer is giving you the correct answer versus some anonymous people on a forum? Edit: I just went on that site and they don't even have an Arizer product listed. Why do I get this odd feeling that you are shilling this site?
Well Arizer just simply said there not Authorized Resellers, and honestly I don't care about that I just want to know if there a legitimate site... I dont want to buy something from them and end up getting nothing in the mail or just a bunch of rocks in other words....

Ok I see what may be the problem here. There is another site with the exact same name that is in the UK: http://www.planetofthevapes.co.uk That is the site that I checked out and they don't carry Arizer but the other site does. Maybe Arizer was making the same error that I did. You may want to email Arizer back and clarify which site you are talking about.

Yes, I am. And Ive just talked to Arizer and people from there website, all seems well. I will be placing an order from PlanetOftheVapes this weekend. I will keep everyone posted on how it goes.
One thing to consider. It's been my experience that PuffitUP provides the absolute best customer service from any reseller that I have ever come across here in the US. If you ever have a problem with your vape, you'll REALLY appreciate that. Randy, the owner, will also price match any price that you find so you may want to contact him. Just a thought.......

No, I'm not a competitor trying to trash you. I AM a customer of Planet of the Vapes, and I'm new to GC, as I'm willing to say you are as you only have two posts also. We had a very nice conversation this morning/afternoon, and your company IS going to handle the situation w/ the Magic Butter to my satisfaction. AND, as per my [many] voicemails, I'm willing to settle for keeping the V-Tower vaporizer (does my purchase ring a bell now?). I have a dual first name. I have received the shipping label in my email and I'll be sending the Magic Butter back for the overnight shipment of my replacement (at no more cost to me) as per our agreement. This post was left before your return call, at hour 5 of trying to get the Arizer to work. I was a little frustrated! Surely you can understand? I did try to delete the post as I was happy after our call, but couldn't do so. For that, I do apologize! I can admit when I'm wrong. Making a new post since editing on the iPad app does not work. Planet of the vapes has no customer comments older than June 2015. Companies like puffitup and planetvape.ca and Vapornation were sponsors of FC since 2011. I know where I would buy, and it would not be planet of the vapes. Just my opinion, if you are in a position to take unnecessary risk, have fun! Report back either way.
