I really need the experts help

    Hello guys,
     
    I really need your help please,
     
    I feel like psychosis or crazy.
     
    here is the story :
     
    So, I'm newbie in weed. 
     
    before 2 weeks, I had a super awesome high from Just "2 hits" of joint of Sour Diesel (Loud Dank) I felt uplifted, euphoria and every thing is awesome, The next day I woke up feeling good, I loved it. After that high I hadn't smoked for a week and half
     
    and before 3 days, my MFLB has came, I decided to vaporize the same strain (not laced for sure) .. I vaped like 2 grams in 2 days.
     
    In my first usage, I inhaled a lot, inhaled like a motherfucker cause I was used to smoke, I inhaled like 20 times from it.  and I had a serious Green out.
     
    I've had 3 greenouts before, but this one is intense..
     
    and here the bad shit happens, 
     
    now I'm stuck in this crazy shit From 3 Full days
     
    I forget everything , I feel like I'm out of my body, I don't recognize the reality sometimes, I go to the classes and suddenly have a paranoia that my prof is my roommate's GF, I have panic attack in a annoying and frightening way.
     
    I'm 18, and my first time smoking was like 3 months ago, and I didn't have any mental issues in my life. 
     
    now it feels like really crazy.
     
    and no Euphoria occurred, just panic attacks all the time.
     
    Sometimes, I wonder if I'm real, I really having this feeling right now. Its really killing me and annoying I want to die instead of suffering this.
     
    I went to google and here what drug policy website says : 
     
    Positive symptoms, are those which reflect an increase in brain activity and include: delusions, hallucinations, paranoia, disorganized thinking, and disorganized speech.
     
    ​All of these are occurring 100% accurately to me..
     
    whats the solution,, will I be for the rest of my life like this ? 
     
    If I will ,, I may suicide its much better

  2. You just smoked to much, ive been smoking for like 20 years and I still have a low tolerance. Some people have a naturally low tolerance, that's ok, just stick to joints or only like a few pulls off a blunt. The guys who are Somehow judging manliness off of quantity smoked are compensating for having PE or something. The point is to get stoned not be so high your scared of yourself.this well pass there's no permanent affects from weed.

    but I'll still use vaporizer, because I care a lot about my lungs.. especially I'm sporty a lil bit and play in soccer club .. but I'll quit for 1-2 weeks until I feel good then will lower the dose

    and nothing wrong with being amateur
     
    being pro in weed doesn't make u better than others.
     
    I just needed an advice or something that calm me down.. because if you went through this shit when u can't distinguish ur reality and start hallucinating , u will understand me .. its really freak the shit out of u

  5. It's probably all in your head. Don't spend time reading that stuff now, you're obviously getting paranoid from it. Just buy a small pipe so that you can load up bowls that you finish in one hit. Then you can get a consistent amount of weed every time you smoke (though the potency of the batches/strains will vary).
     
    Don't smoke too much until your tolerance demands it.

  7. Vaping can be very intense to a newcomer. Its a few steps below dabbing but is still more potent then traditional smoking methods. Give it time and don't try and hit it 50 times at once. Just relax man it'll do its job.

    Now I kinda agree with sticking to smoking,
     
    Its annoying until now, the bad symptoms haven't gone , but decreased thanks god
     
  9. Definitely do NOT go overboard with it. I've seen some weird reactions people have with weed. If I were you I would wait until all of the symptoms fully disappear, and then try to smoke again. Just take two good hits from your vaporizer and wait like 10 minutes to see how you feel. If you're feeling decent enough, take another two and keep doing this just until you're feeling good and high. At that point you should stop, if you're feeling up to it smoke some more later on when you're sober and just try to build up somewhat of a tolerance to it. If you ever experience those bad symptoms just remember in your head that at some point, the symptoms WILL go away. Hope it goes well.

    For one, if you're thinking of suicide, don't. Hurts everyone. Your parents who will miss you, friends who will mourn. Just get help.

    Ok, you're going through something called depersonalization/derealization.

    Known to fuck up memory, concentration, feeling like you're in a dream, etc...

    Usually happens after a bad trip. I had a very bad one. Mine was an unfamiliar setting, taking the biggest hit off a blunt that I could and holding it till I passed out. Bad time waiting to happen, right?



    You need to keep your mind busy and ofd it, get the hell off your phones, consoles, (I know, practice what I preach :p) because it creates a false reality so to speak.

    Quit any stuff like cigs, caffeine drinks, and change your diet.

    Ask your primary care about B12, Fish oil, and other good supplements. I'm not a doctor so I won't just say to take it.

    But the biggest key is distraction.

    finally someone understood me and got in the same situation.
     
    I mentioned suicide cause I was in a really bad panic attack and it was one of the worst feelings, but definitely no , I love my life.
     
    I thought caffeine would make it better, so I drank a lot of coffee and red bull, but I'll stop.
     
    As far as its going to wear off, even after a week, I'm okay.. because it would be fuckin hard to live other 40 more years with this annoying feelings.
     
    Now, I'll just relax, and whenever I get the depersonalization I'll enjoy the alter mind state, and will stop hallucinating.

  15. Been there a while back. You smoked too much. Just focus on something not weed for a while. You'll be good. 
    You can keep a low tolerance, dont try to smoke as much as posssible if youre new to it. 
     
  16. Yeah I've had nights where I smoked wayyyy too much and woke up still high the next day. I don't know, maybe you just have an abnormally low tolerance or something. But it's possible that you could just have bad reactions to thc, or maybe it's some medication you are taking I don't know. When you're fully sober and eventually feel up to smoking again I'd just do the thing with taking a couple puffs to see if weed is something you're comfortable with using. Weed is great but it's not for everyone always, I know a few people who can't stand it because it gives them constant panic attacks so they just stay away from it. Hope it all goes well

    and maybe hit your pipe instead? I remember the first time I vaped I was already using herb for about 1 year regularly (5-7 times a week) but that shit got me absolutely wrecked and I was vibing to music like I was possessed haha
     
     
    fo real doe, you shouldn't have to smoke more than .2-.3 to get on your level seeing as youre new to tokage
     
  18. The same thing happened to me when I started. You got into smoking way too fast and got depersonalization. I had that for a year and it's really all in your head. Just don't think about it and toke up

    I read many responses in internet, they says it varies, sometimes days, weeks, months, years, decades, lifetime
     
    but I don't give a shit, I know its going to leave me, and I'm not focusing in it anymore, 
     
    Marijuana isn't 100% safe with high doses, that is my lesson, 
     
    I know Weed is good, but I won't risk my mental and psychological life, I can live happily sober
     
    just I'm waiting for weed to wear off ,,,
     
    Good news, today I didn't have any panic attack.. just derealization, and it will go away, I'm sure
     
    its really about how I deal with it .. if I magnify this shit it will kill me, overthinking in even simple things make it horrible
     
    weed doesn't cause brain damage .. its stimulate brain cells and cure Alzheimer. 
     
    Quitting Caffeine helped too
