I previously became a MMJ patient and am transitioning into becoming a caregiver and teaming with another caregiver to create a legal non-commercial co-op. My question lies within the costs and donations associated with the MMJ industry. Does anyone know the laws regarding MMJ donations? I am aware the law is that you can collect donations to cover your cost for being a caregiver and providing medicine; but where is the line drawn on costs to cultivate the medicine? Would rent / electricity / water / food (human and plant) / time / all growing costs be legal costs associated with cultivating the medicine? Or do they simply mean, the soil, nutrients, and possibly electric. I realize a lawyer could answer this rather quickly for me but until I can see one; wanted to see what GC's thoughts and knowledge on the subject were. Thanks for the help! Hyper
