    Here is what I got out of 3 pounds of butter and 5 oz trim...all strained, ready to be refrigerated 3 and 2 thirds cups of pure kick-ass butter. This will make about 75 brownies.

    The only reason I read it was that I thought you may have some wisdom to input. I was wrong.

    Sorry for not using proper protocol. It won't happen again. Your negative tone made me feel I was being attacked. I'm a relative newbie on these forums. A better way to handle it would have to have given me a suggestion such as "You may not know this but you can add to your original thread instead of making a new one. Don't assume everyone who posts knows exactly how to "follow protocol". I believe in helping and advising people, not attacking them.

    I do not want a "flame war", but if you will re-read the posts, I asked you a question and YOU answered in a nasty negative way.

    All you had to do, was ask if two threads were a problem, instead you told me to get a life.
