Over analyzing every single thing in life way more than one's supposed to is the worst habbit I got, but I do stumble upon some weird stuff.
this one I decided to share.

My reasoning for why would I keep myself in the state that i am in is that: You can control your thoughts and way of thinking during sadness and nevativity cause it basically depends on your history of misfortunes, which are known incidents. While on the other hand, happiness is uncontrollable, 'cause happiness is based partially on expected positive events to happen, which are unknown, and thus uncontrollable.

    My thoughts:

I think that getting into that vicious cycle of pessimism was a turning point in my life.

From an optimistic/winner teenager who gets surprised by bad results and forgets about them the next day like there were something wrong with the challenge itself
to a pessimistic ungrateful guy who is never willing or able to live up to his potential in every aspect of life, who is now surprised by the rather good results like he doesnt even deserve them.
And thus the rep and the feeling of an underachiever builds up, and just get worst by time.

That very cycle is nothing more than a one way ticket to the captivity of negativity.

  2. Hey I'm a little stoned and didn't fully comprehend your post. Are you saying pessimism or optimism is the way to go?

just don't care man, I have been the same way but started doing Muay Thai and my negative views have changed, Muay thai gave me confidence up the ass because no matter what I could kick some ass and that made me stop caring and analyzing things too much, certainly made my life more positive and changed my views of things, Also being nice makes you feel good and people give back the vibes you put out

  4. I am not really sure!

That's a very nice alternative, keep it up man!
And being good is in fact my way, I try to apply it as much as I can as long as there's mutual respect.
But the negativity takes over suddenly and there's no changin it:/

  5. go do some muay thai man I thinks its what can help you on the journey

  6. yeah i've had my waves of optimism and pessimism.

  7. I got back problems, these kinda activities could get tricky for me:/.

Plus, what do you think of my explanation for it, is that what am really thinkin while having depression.

  8. Ehhhhmm... First world problems.

    Cold morning Sally Nell
    Stale night pink palace hell
    It's coming coming coming soon
But why is soon so much too soon
    Lost youth and fading dreams
Life just ain't what it always seems
Still so happy still kso proud
But is this reality much too loud
Try so hard and as you might
Grab the flask and grab the light
Earth is nice and Framily great
Too bad it's just much too late

  13. While we are experiencing many external forces bombarding or bodies 24/7 (chemtrails, chlorine, fluoride, gmos, emf/rfi...) most conditions can be traced to our gut, whose ability to function is affected by the foods and beverages we consume.

Over time, the gut's ability to function degrades.

The gut makes up > 80% of our entire immune system!

We all have different levels of how much our body can handle before disorder and disease begin to manifest

    Cause and Effect

Conventional Medicine fails to address Cause, focusing medications on masking the symptom- out of sight out of mind, but there it is lurking in our bodies, while committing us to a life time of dependency on medication

There is no need for theory where science has an explanation. People do not control their thoughts in such a manor you describe. Control is an illusion. Depression is a measurable mental affliction that alters your thinking/perception. You do not fall into a perpetual pessimistic state and later develop depression. This negative outlook on life is brought on by the depression.
Development of depression has to do with biology, and environment. (Environment encompassing life experience in this case) Once it has you it controls you, depression is a mental illness, not simply a state of mind, rather the state of mind is a symptom.

Sorry in advance if I miss interpreted what you were trying to say. I found your structure to be a bit unraveled, and hard to understand. (No offense)

  15.
That's me. And I hate myself for it. Which just causes more pessimism.

Thinking like this is not how you get to a point where you can actually make a difference about the issue you visited.
I aggree, sadly i can't attribute my problems to that, since it isn't one of my habits.

Finding balance really isn't one of my advantages..:/
Avoiding this chaos would be super, any suggestion😁?

    Interesting read/view.
So what are they suggesting doing in order to make this conclusion practical and helpful to every individual?

Sorry about that! My country isn't that fond of english😅
I would like if you could ellaborate more about the illusion of controling thoughts you mentioned. And what i was rather suggesting about the state of my mind i described, is one's way of rationalizing his own depression, not the other way around.
Biolgy and enviroment are everything, that was just a thought i wandred into, and wanted to see what am i not seeing.!

  17. You described me exactly
