  1. I have recently switched my diet around and started eating more fish. This is a easy recipe that takes no time to cook and u can get regular talapia fillets at any store but i prefer sams club.

    Ingredients:
    4 talapia fillets
    Ms. Dash seasoning
    Minced garlic
    Feta cheese
    Olive oil
    Green beans

Preheat oven for 400. Put aluminum foil on a baking tray. Put talapia fillets on the tin foil. Then in a small bowl mix 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons Ms.Dash. Mix and spread evenly on top of fillets. Take crumbled feta cheese and evenly covering the top of the fillets but not using too much cheese. Put in the oven and back for 15 minutes on 400. Meanwhile put 1/4 ways full of water in a large bowl and put in some frozen or fresh green beans and place in microwave on high for 5 minutes. Drain the water from the beans and cover beans with some olive oil and sprinkle some black pepper, ms. Dash, and a dash of salt.. Just cover the beans in oil not driwned them. And serve! Very little carbs using no butter, nice amount of healthy fats and protein. Take no time to cook and easy on the go.

You could make that recipe healthier and tastier by dumping that amazonian cichlid (I know, yours is farm raised, fed on the "very best commercial feed pellets")....replace it with a cold water oily fish..like cod. Mmmmmmm.

  4. I like butterfish better than talapia

I recommend also using minimal olive oil. Oil is still oil

More natural foods less processed foods.
