So I've been looking all over the place to find a couple of good LEDs for my grow. Fortunately I've found some lights in the 160-300 watt range for a pretty decent price. When looking for lights I see some that are labeled "Grow Light Kit Horticulture Full Spectrum Hydroponic Plants" or something similar. Now I realize this may be a stupid question, but can those 'kind' of lights work with any growing medium or are they just pretty much made for hydroponic growing? Thanks, ~HazyJester
The bigger question should be Are they designed for cannabis?, which is a flowering plant with unique lighting requirements during flower Here full spectrum does NOT mean a bunch of individual spectrum diodes covering certain spectrums, BUT, primarily white light, AUGMENTED with some reds and blues to enhance flowering. Think mixing a HPS with a HID/MH
