    27 YO
    5'10- 180 lbs
12-13%bf (quite lean, have defined abs, very little belly fat)
    Period of use: 2 months, 1 bowl/day
    Haven't smoked since 1/10

I lift weights (powerlifting & bodybuilding discipline) 5x/week, spending 2-3hrs in the gym, walk briskly 15-20 mins after lifting, and play basketball 2x/week.

Diet has been relatively clean, many fruits (apples, oranges, pomegranate), veggies, and very little red meat (mostly chicken/tuna). I drink plenty of water daily. In addition to this I have been taking a multivitamin, b-100 complex, green tea extract, cranberry extract.

Also drinking fresh lemon juice water, cranberry juice, and several glasses of green tea daily, In addition to plain ole water.

Daily supplement of 5g creatine monohydrate for lifting.

    I have a possible urinalysis on 1/26 or 1/27 for a job.

Is it possible to pass? Total number of days clean will be 15-16.

I DO plan to take an at home test kit this Friday to get an idea where I stand.

    Tips, or suggestions?

  2. Sub your urine. I just did that and it was way easier than I thought. The key is to practice, practice, practice. I used a trusted friend's who I will forever have a bond with. I went to Haight St and the guy at the head shop told me not to bother with the cleanses. He sold me a tube, my friend filled it and I kept it in my tight underwear close to my body heat. That heat kept it the proper temp. The door was closed, so I filled the cup. The tech signed off on the temp, as did I and I went on my way.
But again. Practice until it becomes second nature. You will be nervous, so if you cover all the bases of walking around with it for an hour, temp checking, transferring between containers. Practice that so when your mind is racing, you don't come up with another scenario. My friend had taken a test a month prior at a labcorp and she said the door was open. She was clean, so it wasn't that big of a deal. My labcorp had the door closed and now I am wondering what was up with her pervy tech. But I practiced so much I was prepared for that. That completely lessened my nerves and I was focused and calm.
Phew. I can't believe I did that. Hopefully sometime in our near future that archaic law will be no longer.
Anyone reading this, you can do it. It sounds crazy, but the peace of mind when I walked out was worth it. With a drink I would still be nervous until the lab results. With my friend's, I know I will pass and knew it when I walked out. Practice. Take a deep breath. I believe in you.
