Going to attempt a thread solely based on the show and its contents. Feel free to talk about any of the following ~ All the series (Dragon ball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT, Movies ~ Merchandising ~ DVD/Blu ray, Box sets ~ Manga etc. Personally I have questions about some of the box sets, if anyone is a collector of mainly the dvd/Blu ray box sets? Just started buying all the Dragonball series {Blue box set} and then I'm moving on to the next series. Though, there have been alot of controversy dealing with the quality of these dvd/Blu ray sets so looking for opinions on the matter. I've heard the Dragon box sets are true to the series quality wise, but very expensive since they have been discontinued for some time. What you guys think? I didn't really like the villians of G.T, they were all lame as hell tbh. we need more big green monsters that suck out peoples souls.

Ya it was actually pretty decent and i digged the even stronger power levels. As ridiculously high as they were already but i guess god status was inevitable lol.
Dbz is my shit. Been a fan since I was a kid. I've watched every episode from regular dragonball through dbz up until the new movie that came out. I've also been looking into buying the blue ray sets and wondered about the quality myself. Gotta love smoking/dabbing some fire and getting lost in the show...

The blu rays actually look pretty decent but from what I've read they are not a good as the Blu Ray level sets, which they've unfortunately stopped making because of cost productions and low sales. Oh for fucks sake, yes! ! I really expected another transformation. I keep all these articles and trailers for new seasons of dbz and sequels for battle of the gods. The sequels I can belive but the new series I'm not so sure
Ahhh yes the squeal to the last movie, the Return of Frieza! He was my favorite villain next to Cell. I just hope they put more into the script besides it being like Frieza is wished back, big transformation, fight scene, frieza is dead world is saved. I don't know I'm no writer but they could be a little more creative with these films ya know. As for a new series....I doubt it but it would be awesome depending on who's in charge. Yeah I hope they do something creative where he comes back stronger than ever and not even the super sayan god can defeat him. Maybe down the line we'll see this either in the movies or the new series. Supposedly Tori was gonna be in charge again but there's been so many damn rumors over the last 10 years that I've learned not to get too excited when they announce something db related
On a sidenote, I actually enjoyed GT. Well the baby saga was great, the first 20 or so episodes with goku trunks and pan space hunting the dragon balls was too ... slow. I guess since I never watched the original dragon ball I couldn't appreciate it
You should check out DragonbalI! It's how it all began, first couple seasons are very humorous, then the last two seasons get dark...that's when it gets good because you have a connection with the characters. I was introduced to DBZ first but I wish I knew earlier about dragonball, I didn't have a clue it existed at the time lol. Goku was whooping serious ass as a kid and was very inexperienced but strong, it was fun seeing how he gained some of his abilities. I'm just weird like that though I have to watch something from beginning to end, so you can bet once I'm done with the DBZ I'm moving on to GT again to see how it all ends...and because super sayain 4 lol SeNt FrOm My•🌟☆GaL@x¥ $5☆🌟•
