Va legalization

  1. Recently a bill for decriminalization has been introduced to Virginia and DC got all out recreational legalization, and that got me thinking. How long do you guys think it would take to get full legalization over here in VA? My guess is around the 2018-2025 range but I'd like to hear some other opinions.

  2. I'd say it'll likely be 2020. 2016 will be the turning point for solid blue states but purple states like Virginia are usually a presidential cycle behind the solid blue states.

  3. your avatar reminds of of the transition of kid to teen, thanks for the memory!

as to legal, once they see how much money to be made then, only then

  5. I live about 30 miles from Lynchburg, very conservative. I'm not holding my breath. if you consider northern Va., Richmond and the Tide water area there may be some chance. :metal:

    Salem in the building!
Anyway yea SWVA has some very conservative parts, but the Ronaoke Valley has more drugs than anywhere else in Virginia (not actual quantity of drugs, but percentage of users). Matter of fact, I believe I read somewhere that Southeast Roanoke/Vinton is the bath salts capital of the WORLD! The bumfuck country parts around the Roanoke Valley and the NRV are very conservative and anti-drug, but they're also not very populated and the politicians in NoVA look at them as uneducated, second hand citizen, rednecks.
