So just made my first purchase from them, they seem to be a great bank, they genuinely do hook you up, I was skeptical at first had the owner on 3 different occasions to ask him about the popular brands and what sells more and he recommended me 2 genuine good ones. Got my order on time too, at first didn't get my order but found out the post fucked up the delivery (so not their fault) Only issue I have is getting in contact with them through phone because their call hours is 9am to 4pm but they don't answer but no worries if you drop them an email on here on their account, they'll get back to you.
Two weeks ago I ordered seed from gorrilla seed bank and sent the money next day and sent all info by email didn't hear from them I sent 7 emails they finally answered said didn't get my email so I resent 2 day later they confirmed they got payment didn't her back for 4 days then I sent another email asked if they sent my order got email today saying I owe them another 42 dollars they are afucking bunch of drags they already have my money gorrilla is a scam
Thanks for joining the site to let us know you've had a problem. If you'd like to PM me your order number, I'd be happy to look into this for you & see what we can do. All of our emails are assigned ticket numbers & stored in a database. As long as you included your order number or something else I can search on, I should be able to pull everything up & see exactly what happened & the timing. In fact, I'll go search on $42 & see what comes up now. If we were at fault, I'd be happy to work things out with some free seeds or something. Unfortunately, lots of people don't do the currency conversion right & send less money than is owed. If it's just a few dollars, they won't worry about it, but $42 is more than they'll overlook. They generally give you the option to change your order so that you can get what your payment will cover. ~~sherry
OK - found the communications. Kris, You said you sent us $135.47 which would equal 84.35 in pounds - which looks about right. But, they had to remove 2 packs of seeds to get the amount down to that - and they said that your order confirmation email showed 115 in pounds. If you have an email that says something other than 115 pounds (around $184), I'll be happy to work things out for you. PM me & I'll give you my personal email address to send it to. ~~sherry
Can you send me the email? The order confirmation should have what seeds you ordered & the individual prices, hopefully with currency. If it's our mistake, I'll be happy to make things right with you - I just have to have something to show the issue. I'll pm you my email address.
No they already gave me free seeds, they are flexible like that, I genuinely meant that from the heart, they gave me 2 seeds extra for my first order and also reduced their price to match another seedbank also which is why I placed a secondary order again.
I thought by OP, they didn't go all the way back to you. I kind of took it to mean they were referring to the person who jumped in with a complaint. They're all handled by the way - simple misunderstanding. They thought they were billed in Euros, but they were billed in Pounds Sterling. There's a big difference in the exchange rate. So, they will be getting the seeds that their payment covered & I offered them a discount if they wanted to place another order for the rest. ~~sherry
