Carbonite Filter Screen?

Discussion in 'Other Smoking Accessories' started by WeedFucker, Jan 8, 2015.

  1. I am trying to find one that you just put in the bowl as a screen, but I searched ever where locally and I cant seem to find anything online. So I was wondering if someone could point me to a website that sells them.

    Thank you,

  2. Never heard of a carbon screen before, are you talking about a carbon filter adaptor for a bong?

Does it go In between the down stem and bowl?

  3.  It goes between the weed and the bottom of the bowl, but it can be encased in glass then in which it can be placed  between the bowl and the downstem. Its like a little round disc that looks like a stone. Almost like  pressed carbon?

  4. A health stone for concentrates?

Sorry if I'm not getting it lol

  5. Never seen a carbon disk that th weed makes contact with like your describing...as far as I know you don't ever torch the carbon with a naked flame.

What are you talking about? Carbonite? Carbonite is one of four things:

An explosive that they used to use for mining coal.
A chemical compound that only exists in a gas phase.
    A cloud backup service.
And my favorite: A fictional substance that Darth Vader used to freeze Han Solo in.

So, which is it? Are you wanting to buy a filter made out of an explosive, a gaseous substance, a backup service, or something George Lucas made up?

  7. No. He is right that carbon filters exsist. Roor makes a carbon filter attachment and so do some other people. However, I have never heard of it going in the actual bowl before or Ina flat disk. It usually is "powdery" and poured into an adapter piece. You sure you don't mean a healthstone for concentrates?
