  4. Holy shit.

Nothing has been this good since Breaking Bad.

    Peeeerfect stoner flick.

  5. just watched it, fuckin weird. I liked it I guess but people hyped it up too much to me. I was honestly wanting like a birdman(cartoon) movie in the style of unbreakable.

  6. I've heard mixed things about this film but it seems like something I would dig. I might watch it tonight or tomorrow.

  7. Just watched it. It's fucken great.

This'll be one of the movies stoners will be worshipping in another 10-15 years.

  8. Saw it just recently as well, I loved it. Artsy, stoner approved and awesome altogether.

  9. I know it's not based on the Hanna barbera character, but the costume is identical.

  10. BUMP

Seen this movie twice now. I was baked during the second time and I really gotta say that this movie is super fucking amazing. The acting is spot-on perfect. The story is pretty unique and really good, although I heard somebody compare it to Black Swan which I haven't seen. I think being high really enhances the experience of this movie because you can empathise deeper with every character and really understand all the different emotions going on throughout. I honestly don't know why more people aren't talking about this movie. It's just so fucking great.

  11. Hey everybody.

If you like Birdman, check out Boyhood.

    Get stoned first, giggity.

  12. Birdman - 10/10

    Inherent Vice 10/10

    Interstellar 7.5/10

  13. Watched this the other night and loved it. Though it may be the most nihilistic thing I have ever seen. The main theme seems to be that there is no such thing as "making it". You will always feel empty on the inside no matter your accomplishments.

What do you guys think actually happened at the end? The optimist in me wants to believe that he decided to go back to Birdman, and his daughter was actually seeing him through his own eyes at the end.

The pessimist in me believes he actually died on stage and the ending was him having a death dream.

Obviously the ending has a few interpretations. Mine is that his daughter has schizophrenia like Riggan (maybe it wasn't exactly schizophrenia, but he did see and talk to things that weren't there throughout), and that she was seeing him fly when in reality he was probably on the pavement below.
