Indica Vaporizer, Worth it?

  1. I'm looking to swap my Snoop Dogg G-Pen for a Indica Vaporizer and I was wondering how well they work? I want to replace smoking with vaping because I heard alot about how great it is. I also know that the G-Pen's tend to combust more, so I figured I'm due for an upgrade.

The only problem is that the Indica is $150. A little pricey, but not too bad from what I heard. I'm looking mostly for the discreetness of it. It looks like a lighter, so it'll blend in more than the G-Pen. I want to know how the smell is. Is it still strong? Is it less? If I used Chong Smoke Wipes and Ozium spray, will the smell be completely eliminated? If I vape outside, will I be smell-proof (figuring wind is blowing against my back)?

If I do decide to get an Indica Vaporizer (or any great non-combustiable vaporizer), how can I hook it up to my bong? I have an 18mm bong, if that helps anything.

    Thank you.

  2. The Indica doesn't give off too much of a smell. Kind of the average smell/odor many portable vapes give off. If your only going by smell then you will prob enjoy the Indica (though I think there are better options available).

Regarding the bong attachment question, I haven't seen or done anything with that so I have no clue. I suppose anything could be ghetto rigged to anything but I don't see it working out too well lol.

  4. I've used the indica. It produces a decent amount of vapor and this is coming from someone who's used quite a few portables. I used it with my Firewood vaporizer so I don't know if it gets you really stoned but I'll assume it does because I was quite toasty. It has a huge bowl (they say it holds .4g's) so it might not be very good for conservation but smell wise it'll be better than convection portables like the Firewood I use.

For odor elimination indoors I'd suggest an active carbon sploof. Basically you go and buy some active carbon over at your local pet store, then you run some under water and use a toilet paper tube as your holder. You'll basically want to make a disk of active carbon over one end of the tube. Maybe use drier sheets so that it will smell nice but the thing with active carbon is it absorbs the terpenes that make smell so it does pretty well. Pair it with Ozium. But don't expect it to be smell free, when you are heating something you are going to make smell (the unit itself will create smell) that's why you try to cover it up with Ozium.
