I found a chunk "size of a toaster" of Columbia space shuttle disaster in Texas. 2003. I was on a wild land firefighting crew. It was a huge recovery effort. NASA sent me a thank you letter and earned a photo op with Sean okeefe. Prayers for the astronauts and their families. We were also being filmed on the discovery channel but I can find footage of my crew for some reason. So....what did you find? Sent from my iPad using Grasscity Forum:blaze:
That is awesome, good find! I was on a tubing trip on a shallow river in Michigan, and found a waterproof camera at the bottom, barely spotted it and jumped off my tube going after it. Ended up working and the last picture taken was over a week ago and i sold it on ebay haha.
Found a cool little flash drive in my pocket that had a blues album on it. No idea who's it was and don't know how it got in my pocket.
I used to find purses and wallets all the time back when I was a cart pusher. I think the weirdest thing I've ever found was gay porn.
A virgin Mary statue In a tin shack shot full of holes, 20 miles from any town and about 10 miles into thick woods. From a distance it looked like a dead body staring at me. Found out there used to be a town out there back in the 1800s. That statue wasn't that old though.
A random dead swordfish in an alley walking home from school when I was 13. And it was a really hot day. Dx
I once found a dead hooker oh wait never mind that's where I left her lol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I finally found a lit cigarette I had spent 10 minutes looking for only to realize the fucker was in my hand the whole time. By far the coolest thing I've ever found
Yeah it was a decapitated skull. It was either brought back from Vietnam by the previous owner of the house a ww2 vet and Korean/Vietnam vet, or from an Indian burial ground he used to hunt on. I found it while cleaning the garage, under grease rags in a milk crate. Still had flesh and hair attached. I told my wife and went to bed, as I worked nights. The police came, a detective and cordoned off our house, interviewed her, took some pics n left. I told a professor of anthropology about it years later and he was tripped out they didn't call him for his forensic background, as they usually did. Anyways, was a strange find to say the least. ~ poke
