I don't know if I would call that breeding software. At all. It tracks your nute schedule and last watering and and all that neat stuff. Should be exactly what you're looking for.
Grow buddy is designed specifically for cannabis, and (to the best of my knowledge) only for cannabis.
Hmm sorry I can't offer you a better solution! I'm yet to hear about any breeding software unfortunately
I use pen and paper and my brain to make my decisions for breeding. On my first gen so far and I can't say my notes are too neat but perhaps in the future we may see more of what you're thinking about. Perhaps I will even be the creator. Anyone pitching app names for this idea? Business opportunity here. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
it would be more neat and compiled. No rummaging through the book to find what you found good in past generations
Gurgle HERBIQ, the guy is a member here, but I haven't seen him in some time tho its to track photo plants for weed, it is so easy to add your breeding data to it find him
What kind of things would you want to keep track of? I've got a decent background in software development and have been looking for a new project to dick around with. If there's much interest in something like this I may just give it a go.
CanniBuddy? Haha see what I did there? Any pictures are not my own and are pictures I found on an image search engine. All posts are fictional. I DO NOT sell/cultivate or participate in any illegal activities what so ever and will not be held liable for anything that I say on these forums.
I'd be interested in investing in such software. We could just become the next Bill Gates and Paul Allen haha. Any pictures are not my own and are pictures I found on an image search engine. All posts are fictional. I DO NOT sell/cultivate or participate in any illegal activities what so ever and will not be held liable for anything that I say on these forums.
I've been searching for something for a while but haven't found anything that can track lineage, knows phenotypes, can predict traits and most importantly check if a cross has been made before. If you can create that software you'd be in the money. Closest thing I've come across is the EUseedfinder siteits okay for tracking some lineage but hard as hell to navigate the page and understand it sometimes
It's great! Very informative. I have trouble trying to distinguish the pure landrace originals vs the crosses. Might just be because I'm a noob hough. doob's first indoor grow
