Twisting/shriveled leaves? Low humidity?

  1. Hello everyone, I'm on my second grow atm(got busted 3 weeks in on my first one), I got a 1.2 x 1.2 x 2m mammoth tent with 600w hps with 9 plants in their second week.

I've read that hunidity should be atleast 50-80% in this stage but it's only 40% in my tent. So I'm wondering, is the low humidity the cause of the twisting leaves that is occurring on 6/9 plants? They also look a bit shriveled somehow, I will post pics.

I'd be real grateful if someone with more experience than me would tell me what's going on and if I maybe should invest in a humidifier? Thanks!!

  2. Double post.. No you don't need a humidifier. A bucket of water that is dumped and refilled every day or so would do fine to bring the humidity up a couple points. 40% won't kill the plants tho. It would be better at 50-80 tho, like you mentioned. That is correct.
