You will see pistils when the plant pre flowers. This means the plant is mature enough to flower, it doesn't just happen in flower dude. OP, pics are a massive help if you want to get stuff sorted. Pictures are worth a million words! Chef.

I personally don't belive in 24hour schedule I have always think it's best to give the plant some down time to sleep I do 18/6, will also save you 6hours of electric! So for ever 3 days it's on your effectively getting the 4th day for free compared to 24/7 lighting Chef.
Damage just looks normal possibly by you damaging it by mistake, just LITFA (leave it the fuck alone) best tip for new growers Chef.
