Different strokes for different folks. The reason they sell both high end and low end glass is because some people just don't care about quality. Can't blame them for having selection
And 95% of smoke shops with nice glass also have cheap china stuff in there. Smoke shops make thier money off the cheap stuff that allows them to inventory the expensive and heady.

Adding onto that, the expensive and heady is what brings people into the store in the first place a lot of the time. People go in to look at something awesome, then leave with what they can actually afford.
