Hi from CO--need help

    Hi guys! I really need some opinions! PLEASE help!
     
    So I'm an NCAA Div. II athlete who is from Colorado and loves my Mary Jane <3 but I get drug tested (observed urine test) in around 21 days. I am not sure the exact date, but I go back to school in 21 days, and my coach said the test would be in January after we get back.
     
    I was recently clean for probably around 5 1/2 months (around 18-19 weeks) prior to this month. Now that I am on Christmas Break and away from school, I have let myself smoke for a month before going back to school.
     
    Recently, I have smoked probably every day for about 5 weeks. Some days I smoke multiple times, like 1 or 2 joints but this isn't every day. Sometimes on the weekend I will smoke like 2-3 bong bowls shared among 3 people. Also, I took a small dab about once a week during these 4-5 weeks. 
     
    I am 5'6, weigh 156 lbs and I am a girl. I am pretty muscular, the only place that I really have noticeable fat is on my love handles and my stomach a little. I could lose a few pounds, but I'm definitely not overweight for my body type. I take 4 multivitamins, and a 10,000mcg pill of Biotin every day.
     
    I lift weights 3 times a week, and i run 2 miles 3 times a week. The other days i run about 1 mile per day. 
    I also go to hot yoga about 3-4 times per week! Hot yoga is where they heat up the room to about 80 degrees and then you sweat and do yoga--the sweating is what i'm getting at here.
     
    Do you guys think I will be clean in 21 days for the test? I would like as much information and opinions as you guys can give me! Please help!

  2. you better stay clean for this 21 days and work out a lot and drink lots of water and skip out on the sugary drinks.

    Thanks! I have stopped smoking and I don't drink pop or eat super badly or anything. 
     
    If anyone has any other input please I want as much as I can get. Thanks so much.

    MAYBE.....no matter how much you exercise or "work out"...the fluctuations of sensitivity for these tests are a pretty random thing and who nows what it will or will not pick up...I would be worried a little...but if you are so well advised and an athelete, WHY are you wasting money on VITAMINS and SUPPLEMENTS? Theres not a serious nutritionist or Medical professional that can point to a single serious study that doesn't show those things to be a total waste of time. Go speak to a REAL DOCTOR about those things and stop listening to "guys at the gym" or some wannabe sports nutritionist...vitamins are a total waste and do nothing helpful unless you are in some kind of pathological deficit...   "pop"? Must be from the midwest...Michigan? Wisconsin? Illinois?

    I do not take supplements for working out at all. I specifically take mutlivitamins for my hair, skin and nail health. The other vitamins I take are vitamin C and fish oils. I don't have a nutritionist! I only take vitamins for my overall health--not for an advantage over my competition. Thanks for the input. I'm from Colorado.
     
  7. I used to love what fish oils and also omega 6 did for my hair...but the fish oil made me stink, lol....so, for ghe sake of the sanity of those around me, I stopped them.
     
  8. THC attaches to the fat cells in the human body. Since you seem to be in fit shape the time to dextox from smoking is less then three weeks. You can go to the dollar store and buy a test just for weed. Buy 4 of them and test yourself every week till its a negitive on the test. You will be all right
