Wax oils hash pollen

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by Slilent, Dec 16, 2014.

  1. I hear all these things and have a small understanding but could someone open my mins up a bit more more so what do i do with all my kief

  2. Wax/ oils comes from processing the plant with a solvent (sometimes not) and hash is compressed pollen. And pollen = kief. You can dab oils but you cant dab the hashes because the heads are still on the trichomes

Just to clear it up, pollen is the powdery substance that bursts from male flowers and is intended to pollinate female plants. Does not contain THC.
The trichomes, or resin glands, are called kief.

  4. Ah yeah, im stupid. I always kinda figured they're the same because all the headshops call them "pollen catchers". Anyways it makes sense though, thanks for clearin it up

I guess they do it for the same reason why bongs are referred to as tobacco products, it's basically a legal disclaimer.
Glad to have informed you, hopefully I didn't come off as a condescending ass.  :p
