Electrical sensitivity?

Has anyone here noticed an elevated sensitivity to anything electrical after taking a high CBD oil? The symptoms I feel are a slight tingling I feel if I put my hand or foot around the area of the source like a power strip or the back of a PC.

I noticed this a few months ago when I first started taking a high CBD strain (R4) oil and ignored it at first. The dispensary I was dealing with ran out of it, so I switched to a different strain. The tingling went away, but now that I'm back to using R4, I'm starting to feel it again.

This isn't a medical emergency by any means, just one of those weird side effects I'm just now correlating with cannabis oil. Anyone here know what I'm talking about?

  2. Could just be something to do with your more smoothly functioning nervous system feeling the power.

I can usually tell if there's something electrical on before or when I walk into a room (you know, not obvious things). You're probably just unlocking some sort of nervous frequency that becomes attracted to other stimuli? I mean it's all electricity, right? :D

  3. Thanks, beaniegirl, that makes sense.

there are many neat ways to help eliminate American electricity problems. a simple way is to add a strip of silver wire (6") horizontally across where the main line enters the panel box right underneath the panel box. electricity is the worst where and while you sleep, if you can turn off the breakers to your bedroom at night and sleep in paece. putting sea vegetables (kelp powder) mixed with peat moss together and added into flat bins that are put under the bed will absorb lots of electrical radiation while you sleep and it lasts for a few months before needing changing. I think the proportions are 25-75, 25 being the kelp and 75 the moss.

  5. Maybe...

About 20 years ago I had a psychotic episode after having one puff on a joint and begun a life long treatment of medication. I don't know how strong the marijuana was but I was hardly stoned. It was the third time I'd taken the drug and the previous two times I was quite stoned, so the whole psychotic episode confused me because I was told it was caused by the drug. Five years ago I decided to slowly reduce my lmedication until I was on nothing, something I achieved January 13 this year. I did this to see what the medication was hiding, and rather strangely I begun having sleep problems and other issues which did not relate to the psychosis. Over time I realised the sleep issues were similar to people who were electrically sensitive so I begun to study myself and have concluded that I too am electrically sensitive - extremely sensitive in fact.

With this new knowledge I recalled something else that occurred at the time of my initial psychotic episode. The night I had the one puff of the joint was the same night I slept in a new bedroom which had maybe 3 power outlets and 3 light switches less than 50 cm from the bed. There was also a pressure pump on the same circuit which cut in and out all night. Lately I've thought about that bedroom a lot and other places where I have had sleep issues and have concluded that the electromagnetic radiation (EMR) environment has had a lot to do with my psychotic experiences. But I have never been able to see how the one puff of the joint fitted into the saga given it was the third time I had it and the initial effect was much much less than the first two times Until now that is. What you have experienced may show that an EMR environment may increase the body's sensitivity to drugs to a dangerous level (even though you have explained it the other way - the drug has increased the sensitivity of electric current). So thank you; now I can say for sure that the combination of EMR and the tiny bit of the marijuana induced the psychotic episode.

It's been eight months since you posted, have you had more experiences? I would be very interested.

  6. The sensitivity had greatly subsided after switching strains. I believe it was a result of the White Widow (sativa) tasty I mixed with the R4. I still get the tingles around my feet when I'm close to a power strip, but nowhere near as strong as it used to be.

The way you described your symptoms sounds like the same thing. Interesting and thanks for the reply
