Could you just cut them? I'm sure I read somewhere roots act pretty much the same way as the top of the plant does but haven't really tested it yet. Look forward to some harvest shots mate, I can't wait to get chopping. How long do you flush for too just out of curiosity? And straight water or cleaners?

Yea I think I may end up cutting some of the roots with a sterile blade, I have a feeling its going to be hard to control 5 plants in one res lol, we will see. I'm lazy. And do want some seeds since I'm running low I flush with just straight tap water or distilled, depending how I'm feeling that day, our tap water is back to normal so I've just been using that, and flush for about a week. This is actually the longest flush I've done, I've noticed all my weed has a similar taste so I think its from the nutes. We will find out soon how well it worked, kinda sucks she won't be dried and cured for 420, I originally aimed to harvest a week and a half before so I'd have two plants to take with me to our demonstration. Did you happen to forget the link? I'm curious about this thread now, these kushes had some root issues about 2 weeks into flower so I'm hoping to prevent that next run. I think I'll trust you guys, I'm going to cut some of the roots to separate my plants. That way I know what male is pollinating which female

So here's the one that still has a bit to go Hopefully next run I can keep the nutes a bit lower and somehow keep those roots a bit whiter. I'll have a good harvest though
Finally finished with the harvest of the smaller girl. Got a ton of small little buds that will go towards some hash along with most of the trim. Not the greatest harvest I've had but I'm still learning this DWC thing, I burnt them a little bit, and roots had some sludge buildup so I can improve in a few areas. Smells very kushy, with a mix of earth, I'm thinking this might be the Kush x Northern Lights, nothing like my last Kush Berry
Yeah i'm still working on flushing, all I know is my current stash burns to nearly white ash as tastes great where as the round before only got a few days and I couldn't really smoke it (vaping and dabbing was fine) because it still had stuff in it. Main thing I was thinking of is even if you do want seeds you only need a few branches, no point wasting the whole lot.
Been a while since my last update, I've pretty much had to put a hold on things because I am going out of town for a month in July, and wouldn't be around to take care of everyone, so I may just do a quick auto in between now and then and hope it finishes on time I have pulled the last kush plant out of the LED cab and I am about to begin the dreadful harvest and trim. Can't wait to smoke some of this!
Pictures of about half of the harvest... Need to take a break since pulling off all these leaves is actually a lot of work... I've done about 40% of then plant and already filled up a garbage bag of leaves and I haven't even started the trim yet, this fuckin plant was massive for a micro grow
I'm very happy with the harvest of this kush plant. Large colas, plus many large popcorn buds throughout. Here is some more bud porn for my fellow blades
Usually 4 days, depends on the stuff though, I'm going to dry this stuff a bit less than the last kush I had because I think I left it drying for a day or two too long. This growing weed stuff is like an art. Lot to perfect.

I love the kush berry. I think that was the last plant I harvested. I think its my favorite strain so far, but who an I kidding? Every strain is my favorite! Really wish I had labeled these so I know which is which
I apologize for my absence in my threads over the past little while. I've been having some complicated health issues and had to shut down the garden for a bit. I am currently reevaluating my cabs and making some changes in the next few weeks, and will be starting back up in about 3 weeks if everything goes as planned. Looking forward to getting my garden back up and running, the house is too quiet without my vortex running all day lol
Its been too long lol. I've been really sick the last little while, didn't have the energy or time to really look after my plants so I pulled the plug on them. It was the hardest decision I've had to make in a while that's for sure, some of them were already in flower and shooting pistils everywhere. Placing an order with peak tonight or tomorrow and I'll soak my beans around July 5th. Just gotta focus on feeling better first, been having some wild flare ups from my crohns and it has taken a lot out of me. Got a lot of catching up to do in all my subbed threads, gonna be a long day of reading haha. Hope everything is good over there Urb!
